Business Administrator

We are seeking a part time Business Administrator to oversee the operations of our office team.  The role requires approximately 30 hours per week and would suit a person with young school aged children.

 

In this role, the successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Coordination of logistics to ensure customers’ order are delivered in a timely manner
  • Weekly sales phone calls to existing customers (order taking)
  • Data entry into MYOB accounting program
  • Invoicing customer orders
  • Responding to customer enquiries
  • Liaising with key stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Maintaining customer relationships

 

We are looking for someone who possesses the following skills and attributes:

 

previous experience in a supervisory role
previous experience in a fast-paced office environment
ability to work autonomously and as part of small team
excellent time management skills
excellent oral and written communication skills
proficient in Microsoft Office and MYOB
customer service focussed
accuracy and attention to detail
self motivated and enthusiastic
 

Year 12 Certificate or equivalent is required; a Bachelors Degree or Certificate in a business related field is advantageous.

 

Hours required for this role are 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.

Product Sampling staff - Sydney and Melbourne


We are looking for casual staff to conduct product tastings in retail stores to encourage customers to try our products, understand how to use them and buy them.

 

The successful candidates will share our passion for great regioanl food, enjoy cooking and will be comfortable speaking to customers and demonstrating how to use our exciting products. Self motivation, initiative and flexibility on timing and location of tastings is also important.

 

Successful applicants will be required to perform the following duties in grocers and delis across Sydney and Melbourne:

 

  • set up tasting stand and prepare products for demonstration
  • offer tastings of our products to customers
  • complete a short summary of the tasting
  • 3 hour shifts weekdays and Saturdays, usually over lunch or late afternoon.

 

Training will be provided and own transport essential.
