Poachers Pantry products are all prepared using traditional, hand-crafted methods.
They include bresaola; prosciutto (including lamb and kangaroo); peppered sirloin and smoked lamb rack; smoked chicken, duck, quail and turkey breast; chicken with thai and sweet chilli flavours; and speciality kangaroo and smoked lamb sausages.
The smoked tomatoes and garlic are also superb.
