The Poachers Pantry smokehouse has been creating quality smoked goods for home cooks and chefs for almost 20 years. At Poachers Pantry, we not only prepare our smoked goods, we cook with them too at our own Smokehouse Café, so we know just how good they are and how to make them work on a menu.

HACCP accreditation

Poachers Pantry products are processed in a modern HACCP accredited facility, meeting the stringent standards set by SafeFood NSW, Qantas and Spotless Services. The facility, the production process and processing controls are all covered by the HACCP program and are regularly audited by two independent auditors.

The Poachers Pantry range is favoured by chefs Australia wide for the products’ exquisite and versatile flavour, long shelf life and cost effectiveness. There is a minimum wholesale order of $150.

Delivery and timeframes

Products are delivered by refrigerated courier direct from the smokehouse or via a distributor.

Orders placed by 3pm can be delivered to most Australian capital cities before lunch the following day.

Export

Poachers Pantry is export accredited with the Australian Quarantine Inspection Service for export to a growing list of countries. The registered establishment number is 590.
