This fruity sparkling white has a creamy mouth feel and a crisp appley finish. A great aperitif.
Wily Trout Sauvignon Blanc 2014:
Fresh aromas with delicate herbal notes. A hint of lemon sherbet and mineral tones are evident on the palate with underlying green capsicum and a late burst of tropical fruit finish.
Green melons and ripe grapefruit aromas burst out in this vintage. The palate is fine and focussed with flavours of lemon curd, pineapple and melon fruits complementing one another. The fine texture on the palate is developed from a combination of French oak barrel and stainless steel tank fermentation.
A beautifully perfumed wine with lifted rose petals and freshly crushed cherries. The palate is full of bright red cherries and currants while a brief barrel maturation has delivered a creamy, complex mouth feel. A nice fine layer of natural acid is evident giving it a crunchy, lively feel while extending the finish.
A full bodied Pinot Noir with big dark cherries, spicy fruit and savoury notes complementing the generous fruit. A great juicy style with bright spicy oak and lingering tannins.
Ripe dark cherries and bright red plum fruit erupts with hints of spice and black pepper. The palate is smooth with some darker notes of black cherries and cigar box while subtle oak is overlying the fine tannins.
