The Food
The Smokehouse Restaurant is in the heart of the property. The menu focuses on seasonal, regional produce and wines that come from the Poachers vineyard that surround the restaurant. We use organic ingredients from our kitchen garden; the herbs and vegetables are picked fresh and delivered straight to the kitchen.
The meats that we cure and smoke regularly feature on our menus and are available for you to enjoy as part of our picnicking experience, where you can sit back and relax in the restaurant gardens.
Our menu is constantly changing so that we can use local ingredients that are at their best.
Serving Smokehouse platters and wine tasting flights to enjoy Monday to Sunday. Thursday to Sunday we offer a delicious seasonal 2 or 3 course lunch menu from 11.45am.
We now offer a dinner seating, from 5:30pm on Fridays. The menu includes share plates large and small and Smokehouse platters, accompanied by Poachers Vineyard wines, local beers and Spring-inspired cocktails.
