The Smokehouse Restaurant is all about the meats we cure and smoke and the wines that come from our vineyard that grow on the hills that surround the restaurant. We use organic ingredients from our own kitchen garden; the herbs and vegetables are picked fresh every morning and delivered straight to the kitchen. Our menu is constantly changing so that we can use local ingredients that are at their best.
The restaurant is open daily.
Monday to Thursday for our famous Smokehouse platters and light meals.
Friday to Sunday we have our full A la Carte menu for lunch, with brunch served on Saturday and Sunday.
