The Food

The Smokehouse Restaurant is in the heart of the property. The menu focuses on seasonal, regional produce and wines that come from the Poachers Vineyard. We use organic ingredients from our kitchen garden; the herbs and vegetables are picked fresh and delivered straight to the kitchen.

The meats that we cure and smoke are showcased on our Smokehouse Snacks menu and are available to purchase from our Farm Shop before you head home.

Monday & Tuesday: curate your own Smokehouse Picnic with fare from our Farm Shop.

Wednesday to Sunday: enjoy Smokehouse Snacks and cheese.

Thursday to Sunday: Executive Chef, Adam Wilson has created a stunning seasonal Sharing Menu.

Complimentary splash tastings, seated wine tastings, Farm Shop and Cellar door are open 7 days.

The Wine List

Our wine list is exclusively the Poachers Vineyard that are grown on the hills that surround the restaurant. Our region is renowned for its cool climate wines due its location on the edge of the Brindabella mountain range. The delicate yet complex flavours of our wines are a result of the vineyard and the craftsmanship of our wine makers.

A seated tasting flight can be booked in the Smokehouse Restaurant for $15 per person. Splash tastings are complimentary at our tasting bar.
