A sensational dinner celebrating two of winter’s finest treats – the black truffle & Shiraz.
Come and celebrate the season that sets our region apart with our mid winter’s feast. Black truffles from the Sutton Farm matched with our smoked meats and Wily Trout Wines in a stunning five-course menu – food, flavours and friends.
You will also have the opportunity to meet and hear from the Truffle farmer Justin Haslam as well as our resident vigneron William Bruce.
