Serving picnic hampers to enjoy Monday to Thursday.  Friday to Sunday we have  a 2 or 3 course lunch from 11.45am with two sittings.  Saturday and Sunday we have a 2 course brunch from 9.30am to 11am.

The Poachers Pinot Chardonnay Methode Traditionnelle Sparkling white wine. Ideal when lazing on the lawn and enjoying the countryside. We are open for Australia Day - come and celebrate in the quintessential Australian countryside.

Almost as good as the beach - the view across the lake at Poachers - with this year's regular rainfall it is still full.

Vodka & lavender cured salmon, labneh, charred citrus. The sensational entree on the menu this weekend - but be quick - the menu changes next week. We are open Friday - Sunday for lunch.

To make it lighter for summer we are now offering a two course as well as and three course set menu. Wine pairing with the Poachers and Wily Trout Vineyard wines are also available.

On reflection the Sangiovese looking pretty good - last year should have been our first vintage but we missed out with the smoke taint - so it will be a great relief to get this vintage into the winery in late February to early March.

The dam has received a recharge this week, over 30mm of rain. Its is looking so beautiful in the region come on over and check us out!!
