๐‘ท๐’๐’‚๐’„๐’‰๐’†๐’“๐’” ๐’‚๐’• ๐’‰๐’๐’Ž๐’†: A Classic Marmalade Glazed Ham inspired by @donna.hay. Enjoy with our Poachers Vineyard Pinot Noir. ๐—œ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€ + 2 cups orange marmalade + 1/2 cup honey + 1 cup orange juice + 1 whole Poachers leg ham (9-10kg) + cloves for studding ๐— ๐—ฒ๐˜๐—ต๐—ผ๐—ฑ 1. Preheat oven to 200ยฐC. Place the marmalade, honey and orange juice in aย saucepan over high heat and whisk to combine. Bring to the boil and cook forย 5โ€“7 minutes or until thickened slightly. Set aside to cool slightly.ย  2. Using a small, sharp knife, score the ham fat in a diamond pattern and cover the hock with aluminium foil.ย  3. Place the ham on a lightly greased wire rack in a baking dish lined with non-stick baking paper. Push a clove into each diamond and brush with the glaze. Cook for 90-110 minutes, brushing with the glaze every 10 minutes, or until the ham is golden and caramelised. + To remove the skin, use a sharp knife to score the skin around the hock, then use your fingers to gently remove the skin from the ham. Trim any excess fat. + For a half leg ham (4-6kg), halve the ingredients & reduce cooking time.
