Can I choose my own wine?

Yes , our club very flexible, so you only receive the wines you want, when you want them and from the ones available, no nasty surprises!

 

Can I update my details?

Yes, you can alter your details at any time in your My-Account page.

For example:

  • Billing and Shipping details
  • Payment details including updating expired credit cards
  • Change your pack selection
  • Switch between size of packs and/or frequency
  • View past orders and invoices

What do I do if I am away when the wine is due?

Not a problem, click here and let us know. We can change the dispatch date or delivery address.

 

Can I change my wines selection?

Yes, at any time. Just login to your account page here and select your wine club order. The “View/Edit Wines” button allows you to update your selection and “Save” your new choices.

 

Can I change the frequency of delivery?

Yes, from your account page select the “Switch Wine Club”, this will lead you through all the steps.

 

What discounts and benefits are available?

The discounts and benefits are based on the number of bottles you select to receive a year.

  • Receive 6 bottles every year – 10% discount on the wine club wines as well as other on-line wine purchases.
  • Receive 6 bottles every 6 months – 15% discount on the wine club wines as well as other on-line wine purchases.
  • Receive 6 bottles every 3 months – 15% discount on wine club wines as well as other on-line wine purchases and 10% discount on dining at Poachers Pantry for you and a guest.
  • Receive 12 bottles every 6 months – 15% discount on wine club wines as well as other on-line wine purchases and 10% discount on dining at Poachers Pantry for you and a guest.
  • Receive 12 bottles every 3 months – 20% discount on wine club wines as well as other on-line wine purchases and 10% discount on dining at Poachers Pantry for you and a guest and 10% discount.

 

How do I receive my discount on purchases other than my regular order?

Login into your account by clicking here and make your selection, you will receive the discount based on your level of regular purchases as shown above.

 

How do I receive my dining discount at Poachers Pantry?

Simply let us know at the time of booking or when you ask for your bill.

 

If I upgrade my frequency of delivery will I get a better discount?

Yes, you can change your membership at any time and the discount will be adjusted.

 

Are my credit card details stores on the site?

No. We use Stripe payment gateway as well as a SSL certificate to protect your privacy. To find out more about our payment gateway read here.
