Poachers side salad

Easy Summer Salad with Poachers Prosciutto

Serves 2

Ingredients

70g x Poachers Classic Prosciutto

12 leaves x mint

1 x peach

2 x radish

1 x witlof

1 x radicchio

1 tsp x chili oil

3 tsp x Dijon mayonnaise

1 x orange (juice only)

80ml x EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)

Method

Dressing:

Put all ingredients together in a bowl and whisk.

To serve:

Slice peach and radish.ย  Assemble on the plates with the mint, radicchio and witlof.

Drizzle dressing over the top.

Enjoy with a glass of Poachers Blanc de Blanc.
