1 Turkish bread – sliced horizontally
1 truss vine-riped cocktail tomatoes
1 avocado – sliced
Heat oven to 180◦C. Place tomatoes on an oiled baking tray and roast till soft – 15 minutes. Drizzle a baking tray with olive oil, and place the Turkish bread cut side down on a baking tray. Brush the top of the bread with oil. Bake till golden, about 7 minutes. Fry bacon in a pan. Assemble – lettuce, bacon, avocado and tomatoes on the side, dress with mayonnaise and top with the other half of the bread.
