Poachers Bresaola, Mixed Leaf Salad & Cornichons

Ingredients

1 pk Poachers bresaola

1 bag mixed salad leaves

1 bag roquette

Handful cornichons

Extra virgin olive oil

Lemon juice

Method

Place salad and roquette in a bowl, toss with olive oil and lemon juice.

Slice cornichions and roll bresaola. Assemble.
