Serving picnic hampers to enjoy Monday to Sunday.  Friday to Sunday we have  a 3 course lunch from 11.45am with two sittings.  Saturday and Sunday we have a 2 course brunch from 9.30am to 11am.

Sandwich Roll Ideas

Serves 2

Ingredients

2 Euro Cafe Rolls

 

Prosciutto Roll

1 pkt poachers Prosciutto

4 Cherry tomatoes

Dollop Mayonaise

Splash sriracha sauce

Capers

 

Chicken Roll

1 pkt Poachers chicken thigh – diced

Cos lettuce

Lebanese cucumber – thinly sliced

1/4 Red onion – thinly sliced

2 Tbs Mint chopped

1 tsp Lime juice

Splash of olive oil

Method

Prosciutto Roll

Cut roll vertically but not quite right through.  Mix the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce and capers.  Fill roll with lettuce, tomato and prosciutto – top with the mayonnaise dressing.

 

Chicken Roll

Cut roll vertically but not quite right through. Mix herbs and onion with lime juice add diced chicken.  Assemble roll with lettuce chicken mixture and a few slices of cucumber.
