The wine is fresh with strawberry and white peach aromas and the pallet dry with great natural acidity.

Minimal skin contact before being pressed off to stainless steel for fermentation at cool temperatures. Held on fine lees until filtration and bottling in June 2022.
Yet another year of abundant rainfall in the Hilltops NSW wine region, mild and disease free summer conditions produced abundant clean fruit. Sadly our estate vineyard got completely wiped out by a freak hail storm hence the supply from Hilltops.
